Apaches Struggle Against Panthers

On Friday night, the Fort Thomas Apaches struggled to score in a 58-0 loss against the Superior Panthers.

Apaches quarterback, Kyle Stringfellow, along with receivers, Kaine Langley and Manny Carrizoza, led the offense in drive after drive without success. On the opposite side of the field, the Panthers were relentless in their march down the field. The Panthers scored 30 points in the first quarter and added an additional 22 in the second.

In the second half, the Apache Defense showed their strength and resiliance by limiting the Panther Offense to one score at the end of the third quarter. When the Panthers attempted to kick the extra point, Dechambre Dosela blocked it. Neither team scored in the fourth quarter.
